Anonymous asked: What does "なみだで洗われたまなこはきよらかでふかい" means?
It’s a poem by Aida Mitsuwo (相田 みつを) it means “the eyes that have been washed in tears are clear and deep”
someone once told me they didn’t like this poem because it romanticizes sadness (?) but I’ve never thought of it that way; we don’t just cry because we’re sad, right? so maybe, or at least to me, this poem talks about the sincerity of the eyes that have shed tears, and I’m very fond of it… it also sounds really beautiful in Japanese

Anonymous asked: How do you deal with your haters?
I’ve never encountered any kind of ‘hate’ to be honest, thankfully, I’ve had an overall positive experience on the internet and tumblr; but if I were to receive any kind of hate I don’t think I would pay much attention to it (?) I can deal with criticism and recognize my mistakes and make of it a learning experience but something like hate, not to mention anon hate is pointless, destructive and harmful for just about everyone involved
